Honestly I am unable to visualize (or understand) what is meant by this quote? An example might definitely help.

Thank you for your question.
For example, take “Office Politics”. This is a force people try to fight rather than coming to terms with it. The way I look at it, wherever there is an office, there will be “office politics”. Rather than fighting it, one can learn to handle it and probably use it to his or her advantage.
