This is a two-step process
1. Start a Google Adwords Camapign
Ex: Buy keyword like “Los Altos Coffee”

2. Don’t create a website. You can just put an “Under Construction” message

They are probably testing titles to see what to name their coffee shop. A pretty cheap way to find out what people are looking for, especially if you’re going to be a wired coffee shop.
Thanks Mike. That makes a lot of sense. But there is a “Los Altos Coffee Shop” in Los Altos already. That was the source of my confusion.
But your point makes total sense.
