I have seen this problem a couple of times when working with mostly brilliant individuals..who lack team spirit. I read somewhere that the team should be like a shoal of fish. Remember the scene in Finding Nemo...where the shoal of fish are all speaking with the same voice? That is how I like to think of this. However, I still have not figured out how to deal with the problem when faced with someone doing this. I could not agree more.
